First addition
Stir the first portion into the batch when pitching, in accordance with the product instructions.
Second addition
Add the remaining portion later in fermentation and distribute evenly.
Practical note
If fermentation does not start
If the response after the first addition is weak or absent, the entire sachet may be used immediately in high-sugar batches or at unfavourable temperatures. Do not exceed the total recommended amount.
Storage
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably refrigerated where appropriate. Check the best-before date and batch number on the pack. Not intended for direct consumption.
