Normal use
No earlier than 24 hours after fermentation begins, add 1 g per 4–5 L directly to the must and stir evenly.
If fermentation stalls
If fermentation stops unexpectedly, add the entire sachet to the fermenter and mix thoroughly; follow the packaging instructions.
Practical note
Nourish and protect yeast cells
The yeast cell walls provide ergosterols that support processes which otherwise depend on oxygen in anaerobic conditions. Vitamins, amino acids and trace elements supplement yeast nutrition.

Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably refrigerated where appropriate. Check the best-before date and batch number on the pack. Not intended for direct consumption.
