Clarify wine and must effectively
Bentonite GRAN binds proteins and may help reduce unwanted grassy or herbal notes. Its granulated form produces less dust and is easy to measure.

Mix with water
Add the bentonite to water at a 1:6 ratio while stirring continuously.
Allow to swell
The preparation can be used after 45 minutes. A longer swelling period may improve its performance.
Add to the batch
Add the swollen bentonite to the fermenter and thoroughly mix the wine or must again.
Storage
Storage conditions
Store in a dry, cool place at no more than 20 °C, preferably refrigerated. Check the best-before date and batch number on the packaging. For oenological use only; not intended for direct consumption.
