Prepare the suspension
While stirring, sprinkle one part granules into six parts water. Allow to swell for at least an hour and mix thoroughly again.
Add
Stir the suspension into wine or must and leave to clarify at approximately 15 °C.
Practical note
Effective under difficult conditions
It needs little water and can be used after one hour of swelling. It is also suitable for heavily turbid batches with low pH.

Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably refrigerated where appropriate. Check the best-before date and batch number on the pack. Not intended for direct consumption.
