Calculate the dose from the volume, dissolve the product and distribute evenly through the must.
Stabilise the wine
Consider pH before use and distribute the solution throughout the wine.
Prepare an equipment solution
Prepare a fresh solution of 20 g per litre of water and use it with good ventilation.
Discard used solution
Do not reuse a spent cleaning solution.
Storage
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably refrigerated where appropriate. Check the best-before date and batch number on the pack. Not intended for direct consumption.
